Rosewood Cottage Bakery | Elmore, MN
Sometimes, the sweetest businesses begin with a simple dream.
After returning "home" to Elmore in May 2026 with her husband and two children, Arianna Rose saw more than just a charming cottage—she saw an opportunity to build something meaningful. She opened the doors to Rosewood Cottage Bakery, hoping to create not only a business, but a welcoming place where neighbors could gather over homemade treats.
Just one month after opening, Rosewood Cottage Bakery is already gaining momentum. Every item is baked from scratch in Arianna's cottage kitchen, and each week brings new customers, more orders, and growing excitement from the community. Her husband, Jason, helps behind the scenes as they continue building this family business together.
But Arianna's vision doesn't stop there.
She dreams of expanding the bakery into a full café where people can sit, visit, and enjoy fresh baked goods together. Like many entrepreneurs, she's balancing growth with challenges such as limited kitchen space, childcare, and financing—but her passion for serving her community continues to move the business forward.
At the Faribault County EDA, we love sharing stories like Arianna's because behind every small business is someone willing to take a chance on their dream.
If you haven't visited Rosewood Cottage Bakery yet, stop by on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon, support a local entrepreneur, and experience one of Faribault County's newest businesses for yourself.
